Movie News

Saturday's live stream, which starts at 6 p.m. ET, features stars from 'Thor' and 'Captain America.'

SAN DIEGO — Comic-Con coverage continued Friday (July 23) as the MTV News team returned to the scene to cover the hottest panels and speak with the biggest celebs. Again, one of the major highlights was our live-stream broadcast with MySpace, during which we hosted fantastic guests from the casts of "Tron Legacy" and "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World."

Kicking off the show were Garrett Hedlund, Jeff Bridges and Joseph Kosinski, who — despite this being their third appearance at Comic-Con — are still very enthusiastic about "Tron Legacy" and joked that they would have more footage to bring at the next Con, even though the movie opens this year. Hedlund mentioned that one highlight for him was all the training he did to prepare for the role and that he ended up getting his motorcycle license to pilot the cycles involved in filming. Castmember Michael Sheen, who likely garnered the most laughs of the show, joked that he felt like RuPaul in the 6-inch platform shoes his eccentric character wears.

Shortly after, the "Scott Pilgrim" gang descended on the broadcast, during which director Edgar Wright outed his star Michael Cera for wearing a costume/disguise on the convention floor the night before.

"As some actors do go on the floor with a mask on, Michael put a mask on and lined up for his own 'Scott Pilgrim' Experience [in which fans could design their own 'Pilgrim'-themed T-shirts] in disguise," Wright said, adding that Cera designed his own shirt.

Cera's big disguise was apparently a "fierce-looking" gorilla mask, one that was so cool that other people in line kept coming up to him and asking for pictures while he was waiting on the street.

"My body language got really weird, because I'd picture whoever this guy is wearing this mask. When people would come up to me and start asking for pictures, I'd go like this," Cera said, leaning off to the side awkwardly. "I had a really weird voice under there too. It was kind of creeping people out, I think."

Cera's co-star Anna Kendrick later revealed that she, too, had traveled the convention floor in a mask, but she wouldn't reveal what kind of mask she wore.
